Phase I: hold a meeting to set up a project, consult customers and understand their needs
We collected feedback from more than 50 customers in 23 countries, and collected statistics through customer evaluations of hot selling hair dryers on e-commerce platforms. Then Zhentong's technicians and salesmen began to hold a meeting to discuss how the new product design could better meet the needs of end users.
